Three Sounds: David Catching
There was no way we we going to do a series of videos exploring the litany of sounds available within each Valhalla Amplifier without including David Catching (QOTSA, Eagles of Death Metal, Earthings?). We sat down at the legendary Rancho De La Luna with David for an afternoon of sound.
David has a ton of experience with Valhalla Amplifiers. For this video he used his Jotunn 50 in the control room at rancho De la luna
The best part about crafting these videos has been seeing how unique and personal everyone’s connection with these amps has been. They definitely have a sound, but the nuance of each player makes it way through every time.
